Founded in 1930, Tula State University is one of the oldest universities in Russia. Admission Process 

Any student seeking admission to Tula State University must go through the following admission process. 

Step 1: Fill out the university’s admission form which is usually available on the university’s official website 

Step 2: Submit all the essential documents with the application form 

Step 3: Wait for the invitation letter from the university 

Step 4: After receiving the admission letter from the university, the student is required to contact the Russian embassy of his/her country of residence 

Step 5: Clear all the dues which generally include the tuition fee of the university, cost of accommodation, and other charges 

Step 6: Make all the arrangements, and travel to Russia 

Eligibility Criteria 

To get admission to the Tula State University, the student must fulfill the following criteria: 

• Age Requirements: Students must complete the age of 17 years as on or before 31 December in the admission year.
   

• Educational Qualifications: A student should have passed Class 12 with at least 50% score from a recognized board and university 

Note: All the students are required to qualify for the university’s entrance exam so as to secure their seats in the university.

Prior to admission, the students should have to submit the following documents: 

1. Class 10 passing certificate and mark sheet 

2. Class 12 passing certificate and mark sheet 

3. Medical certificate with HIV report 

4. Valid I’d proof
