About the University
Founded in the year 1830, The Bauman Moscow State Technical University, previously recognized as The National Research University of Technology, was later rebranded to The Bauman Moscow State Technical University in honor of N.E. Bauman, a prominent Russian revolutionary leader.
With an unwavering experience of over 190 years, BMSTU stands as the top technical university in the world. Since its inception, more than 200,000 students have completed their higher education at BMSTU. Additionally, the Bauman Moscow Technical University along with Lomonosov Moscow State University and Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University, started military education of students in 1926.

Admission Process
To secure admission at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, the student must go through the following admission procedure:
Step 1: Fill out the admission form which is usually available online on the university website for the desired course.
Step 2: Attach all the required documents with the application form.
Step 3: Wait for the invitation letter from the university.
Step 4: After receiving the admission letter from the university, the student must contact the Russian embassy of his/her country of residence for a visa application.
Step 5: Clear all the dues including the complete tuition fee for the first year, cost of accommodation, and other charges.
Step 6: Travel to Russia and join your classes.
Eligibility Criteria
Students considering higher education at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University must fulfill the following criteria:

Students must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized board or university.
