About the University

Kuban State Medical University was founded in 1920 and is one of the oldest institutes in Russia. This esteemed university encompasses 7 faculties and 66 departments offering a wide range of courses to all international as well as local students.

 

In order to facilitate the extensive scientific research of the students, the university operated with a well-equipped infrastructure, including 900 classrooms, 12 halls, and various medical and research laboratories. Currently, more than 5,500 students are pursuing their education at this university. To provide comprehensive knowledge and practical training, the university boasts a team of highly skilled professionals including 600 professors out of which 100 are doctors. 

 

To provide a hands-on learning experience to the students, the university has established various research and skill development centers on the campus. So as to hone their professional skills and to provide real-time experience to the students, the university has established its hospitals. 

 

Besides medical education, the university also takes care of other interests of its students through its dedicated Volunteer Center which organizes various kinds of volunteer activities on campus.

Admission Process 

In order to secure your admission at Kuban State Medical University, the student must undergo certain procedures. Here are the steps that a student should follow for admission:

Step 4: After receiving the confirmation letter from the university, the student must contact the Russian Embassy of his/her country of residence for a visa application

Eligibility Criteria 

While looking for higher education at Kuban State Medical University, students must meet the following conditions: 

 

  1. Educational Qualifications: Students should have completed 12 with a minimum of 50% score in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized university. 

  2. Age Requirements: Students must have completed the age of 17 as on or before 31 December in the admission year. 

 

Note: Indian students seeking admission at Smolensk State Medical University are required to have qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). International students, on the other hand, should pass the university's specific entrance examination.
