Founded in 1755, Lomonosov Moscow State University is one of the first public Russian universities through the tireless efforts of Mikhail Lomonosov. It is one of the most important scientific and research institutions in the Russian Federation. The university underwent a notable expansion following the Russian Revolution, and, it maintained its preeminent role in mathematics, physics, chemistry, mechanics, astronomy, and other disciplines during the Soviet Period. 

 

Lomonosov State University has global recognition and has been recognized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the World Directory of Medical Schools, the National Medical Council, etc.

Founded in the year 1755, Lomonosov Moscow State University stands as one of the pioneering institutions of higher education in Russia. Notably, it holds the distinction of housing the tallest educational buildings globally. Admission Process

Students considering Lomonosov Moscow State University must thoroughly the admission procedure of the university. 

 

Step 1: Fill out the admission application form on the official website of the university. 

 

Step 2: Submit all the documents with your application form. 

 

Step 3: Wait for the invitation letter from the university. 

 

Step 4: After receiving the invitation letter from the university, the student must contact the Russian embassy of his/her country of residence for a visa application. 

 

Step 5: Clear all the dues and make all the payments including the complete tuition fee of the first year, accommodation, and other charges. 

 

Step 6: You are all set to travel to Russia. 

 

Step 7: Join your classes.

In order to secure your admission to the Lomonosov Moscow State University, students are required to submit the following documents:

Eligibility Criteria 

Students should meet the following criteria to secure their admission at LMSU. 

 

  1. Age Requirement: Students should have completed the age of 17 at the time of admission year. 

  2. Educational Qualifications: Students must pass class 12 with at least a 50% score from a recognized board or university.
